Founded in 2013, B.I.G. H.O.M.I.E., Inc. has a long-standing commitment to the intellectual, emotional, and spiritual development of the
youth and young adults in the Memphis and surrounding areas.

B.I.G. H.O.M.I.E., an acronym for Brave Individuals Graciously Helping Others Make It Every day, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to serving youth
and young adults by providing them with skills, work opportunities, and more.
We are whole heartedly committed to fostering this change because, at B.I.G. H.O.M.I.E., Inc. we stand by a simple, yet powerful conviction: If we don’t, then who will?

Mission
Our mission at B.I.G. H.O.M.I.E., Inc. is to develop youth and young adults into productive, purpose-driven leaders by providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities that inspire transformation—spiritually, emotionally, and socially.
Vision
At B.I.G. H.O.M.I.E., Inc., we envision a faith-based center where Lil Homies—young men and women full of purpose and potential—are mentored, counseled, and equipped to thrive in real life. Through transformative coaching, life skills development, and vocational training, we seek to cultivate character, instill confidence, and prepare each individual to walk boldly in purpose.
